#2Doods A to Z: LAZY

LAZY

As HYPERACTIVE as they can be, Goldendoodles can also be couch potatoes. Did you ever watch a toddler go full bore for hours, then just drop to the floor, sound asleep? Well, our doodles are just like that. Here are a few photos to prove it...

Even as puppies, they rest in strange places...

...and with favorite toys.

Cooper even falls asleep while being groomed!

Doodle on!

  1. Hello I am visiting from the A2Z Challenge. Oh my goodness your doodles are a hoot! I know what you mean, just like a little kid, they expend their energy at warp speed and then, plop, they are done!

  2. Our young dog does that. The first time she did it, she was chasing her tail and just dropped to the floor, hitting her head with a thud off the rug. I thought she had had a seizure or something- here she'd just fallen asleep.

  4. I love how they like to be near each other. Edward the Goldendoodle just can't understand why his "brother dog" doesn't like him. I wish they were friends. My mistake getting a Doodle for a Border collie...

    1. I can see some major differences between Cooper, who is 3/4 Poodle, and Murphy, who is only 1/4 Poodle and 1/2 Rough Collie. Maybe yours will come around someday, hope so!

  5. Your dogs are so cute. Just so, so cute. They look like big silly balls of curl.

  6. My favorite is the one curled around the water dish. It reminds me of when kids fall asleep in the highchair!

    1. LOL! That was Murphy's first night home and that was where he crashed for his first nap.
