PRETZELS & PAWS
I couldn't decide, pretzels or paws, so I'm going with both!
Here is Cooper, our pretzel dog (aka Rorschach Ink Blot)...an early attempt
The older he got, the better his pretzel shape became...
We're thinking this is more of a Poodle trait since he is 3/4 Poodle and Murphy, who never does this, is only 1/4.
Earlier we mentioned Cooper's large paws, even at four months when we brought them home. Here's a sampling of his bear paws! The first photo is at fifteen weeks old.
Doodle on!
Don't miss a post!

LOL! Bernie and Lizzie find some interesting sleeping positions on their backs, front legs straight up into the air, but I haven’t seen too many pretzel moves. Cooper’s flexibility certainly makes for some adorable photos. I think you may be on to something with the Poodle angle.
ReplyDeleteCooper doesn't do it as much now that he's gotten so big. Both of them do the belly display most of the time, if not on their sides. LOL!
DeleteCooper is a sweetheart. He must need a back brace by now with all those months of contortions while asleep! Thanks for visiting my blog and caring enough to comment! :-)
ReplyDeleteTell me...he is funny. He doesn't do the pretzel much anymore but still gets into strange positions.
DeleteThanks for dropping by, Roland.
Oh he looks so relaxed even I began to feel a snooze coming on.
ReplyDeleteLet me tell you, these dogs know how to relax!! They are full bore or completely laid out. LOL!
DeleteWhat amazing positions that dog can get into! Lovely photos. And what huge photos! Q is for Quiet!
