BELLIES & BLACK

Now we're not talking about black bellies, so no worries! Black is the color of both our Goldendoodles. So, yes, a Goldendoodle can be black. In fact, they can come in many colors. Take into account not only their parents, but their parents' heritage. Murphy has a cream colored Goldendoodle father but a tri-colored Rough Collie for a mother. And every puppy in the litter was BLACK!

On to BELLIES - both our pups love to show their tummies. It demonstrates how comfortable they are and how safe they feel.

A young Cooper laying by his crate...sound asleep.

Same, laying by the back door...sound asleep.

A young Murphy, relaxing.

Cooper at seven months, sleeping (and laughing?) on his hammock.

A young Murphy, relaxing beside big brother Cooper.

Cooper enjoys getting brushed.
(Paw being help upward to brush under front legs, not to hold him.)

Doodle on!

  5. Our guys sleep like that, we call it soft underbelly..lol. It makes me feel good that we provide a home that they feel comfortable enough to spend most of their time like that. Your guys are too cute!

  8. Wow! I didn't know Goldendoodles are not always "golden" in color! They looked so relaxed. I could go for that.

    1. The name is definitely misleading...but understandable when you know the origin. I think people expect black Labradoodles and the Goldendoodles are often mistaken for that.
