Check it out...lots of woods but on a county road. 5+ acres with septic and water meter installed. Love it! Closing today....

    Great looking spot from what I can see.. If you septic and water meter installed you are so far ahead of the game.
    Those are the two thing that always stop me from buying a piece of land to live on.
