Rambling, Rumbling & Tips

Just popping in for a quick post to pass along a few things I thought might be of interest.

First is a great post from Apartment Therapy: 10 Snapshots You Should Keep in Your Phone's Photo Album. You probably won't use all of these, especially if you are a full-time RVer, but there are some good suggestions. I'd never thought about the prescription bottle photos. We do often take photos of serial numbers on products we buy or labels in stores for later reference.

We've scanned/uploaded to phone or taken photos of our various membership cards (Escapees, Good Sam, AARP, Elks, road service, etc). If needed, we have the front and the back. We also scan/upload Sadie's shot record and rabies certificate. Much easier than carrying paper with us when out and about. We can always retrieve the hard copy later if needed.

Another good tip comes from Apartment Therapy for those that use the online Gmail interface.  How To Make the New Gmail Look More Like the Old Version

Recently I've found several fun sites online where you can manipulate photos, create text images and lots more. Here's a list for you to check out, each one offers something different.
See, I can talk about something besides Stu and his knees.....

Till next time - keep on rollin',

  1. I like iPiccy.com even better than PicMonkey. It's what I used to create my blog headers and FB Page Cover Photo. Love the cell phone photos idea! Never would have thought of that!
