WOW--you are looking great Donna--what are you doing to lose the weight?? Your place is looking wonderful but I didn't see any pooch photos! :)
ReplyDeleteThanks, Janna. Still another 10# to go, but feeling good. We started low carb in mid-Feb (after our cruise) and although we have slowed down on the loss, we are cheating a bit more lately. LOL!

Great job on the weight loss! I'm working Weight Watchers right now. Could be working better if I worked it better! I thought of my son when I saw the word, "ketchup" on your post. His absolute FAVORITE food! :) #MLSTL
ReplyDeleteIt just isn't right that we can't eat what we want, when we want and as much as we want. LOL! Thanks for dropping by!
DeleteI just spent some time exploring your blog. It looks like I could learn a few things about retirement from you! We aren't planning any RV adventures- but extended stays in other countries are a possibility. It sounds like you are doing life right and enjoying your retirement!
ReplyDeleteHI Michele, ask any questions anytime. I'm no expert but can talk about the pros and cons of Ecuador and have expat friends in Portugal and Mexico as well. All our Ecuador adventures are recorded on this blog: http://retiredincuenca.com
DeleteThanks for stopping by!
Hi, Donna -
ReplyDeleteThis post definitely had me at the title....and every step of the way after that. Great catch-up and awesome photos. Congratulations on your proof-copy. I look forward to reading more from you. #MLSTL
Thank you - it's been a busy couple of weeks for sure. Appreciate your taking time to read and comment.
DeleteThat is cool that the proof for your book came. Cracker Barrel is the best. Great moon shots. #MLSTL
ReplyDeleteThank you - it's always fun to get the proof copy of my books. ;) Appreciate your stopping in!
DeleteGreat catching up on all that you've been doing Donna - and congrats on the weight loss - I've been trying 16/8 and low carbs but my kilos seem to be stuck and don't want to move on! I'm also curious about your ring finger tattoo - it looks interesting and I bet it has a story! #MLSTL and shared on my SM
ReplyDeleteKeep at the weight loss...women lose slower, then factor in aging. Ugh! Here's the story behind the wedding ring tattoo. Hubby got a different one, similar to our actual rings.
DeleteCeltic Love Knot:
This design features interlaced knots and represents the love between two people. It is believed that the Celts exchanged these knots in much the same way as we exchange rings in the modern age. The Celtic Oval knot is one of the oldest and simplest designs.
I wondered if there was a knot in the design. I always love that tattoos have a story and it's lovely that you and your hub both went with wedding ring ones.
DeleteHi Donna well done with the weight loss and I thoroughly enjoyed reading your post. I love a full moon and your photos are gorgeous. I'm also going to check out your books which I haven't done as yet but great to have a proof copy and I love a good mystery. Thank you for sharing with us at #MLSTL and I hope you have a beautiful week. xx
ReplyDeleteHey Sue, nice to see you pop in. I really lucked out with the moon photos. Simple point and shoot Panasonic Lumix. I love that camera!
DeleteHope you do check out the books - finally on sale in all countries!! Appreciate the drop in.
Looking good! Great photos documenting some great times.
ReplyDeleteThank you, Cherie. I appreciate the visit!
DeleteHello - just happened upon your blog from #MLSTL - congrats on the weight loss. And zero deductible insurance - sounds wonderful!
ReplyDeleteHi Janet, thanks for popping in, taking time to read and leave a comment. I'm so glad to have the zero deductible on glass...helps a lot!
DeleteCongratulations Donna on your book. I think low carb is the way to go with weight loss and I need to get back to it.
ReplyDeleteWe are both doing so well...down another 1+ today. And we feel good. Thanks for dropping by!
DeleteSo much to be grateful for Donna. Congratulations on the book and the weight loss. That shot of the full moon is beautiful. Nice work.
