At that point, you "own" the lot according to the lease agreement.<br /><br />The $210 is like an HOA fee, it covers your water/septic (you pay your own power), all the community maintenance/upkeep and improvements. The Campground owns the land and assumes responsibility for all taxes but you own the rights to the lot until the end of the 99 year term.
